You will become familiar with the lexicon of masterful baking, and then hardly anyone will resist your magical creations. The top graduates receive the "Certificate of the Czech Chamber of Commerce," which authorizes them to practice in pastry shops in EU countries.

A graduate of the pastry chef - production vocational programme is a secondary-educated worker with vocational education.

They are proficient in:

  •          Modern technological procedures in preparing pastry doughs, fillings, and masses
  •          Making pastry products, including processing economic and production documentation
  •          Operating machinery and technological equipment in pastry production

Completion method and certification:

  •          Final examination
  •          Vocational certificate with a transcript of the final examination
  •          Europass

Employment opportunities for graduates:
