We will teach you how to prepare top specialties. Banquets and receptions for prominent personalities await you. You will participate in bartender shows and competitions and master the secrets of Freestyle. You will learn to behave and speak perfectly with customers.
A graduate of the Cook - Waiter vocational programme for catering is a secondary-educated worker with vocational education.
Proficient in:
- Technological procedures for preparing dishes from both hot and cold cuisine
- Techniques for simple and complex service
- Compiling menus and beverage lists and complex menus according to gastronomic rules
- Bartender duties and organizing festive banquets
- Basics of business and entrepreneurial activities, including computer usage and communication with guests in a foreign language
Completion method and certification:
- Final examination
- Vocational certificate with a transcript of the final examination
