Do you want to specialize in hotel management or tourism, or continue your studies at university? Are you interested in the possibility of guiding and managing a travel agency, specialized courses in gastronomy and tourism, or hotel management and tourism management? The hotel management and tourism field offers the option to choose a specialization from the 3rd year onwards. Top students can also participate in international educational projects and internships, where last year we partnered with a Michelin-starred restaurant in Vienna.

A graduate of the hospitality and tourism field is a secondary-educated worker with complete vocational education and has a broad educational foundation. During the course of study, students choose between focusing on hospitality or tourism.

The hotel management specialization focuses more on the gastronomic aspect of the field, whereas the tourism specialization directs the student more towards the area of ​​tourism.

The subjects studied and the profile part of the graduation exam are adapted to each specialization.

The graduate is proficient in:

  •          Cultivated presentation and communication in two foreign languages
  •          Techniques of travel services
  •          Specialized gastronomic skills in production and service
  •          Basics of hotel management

Further education opportunities:

During their studies, students can take internationally recognized Cambridge English language exams B1-C1 level or state language exams at level B1-B2 in a foreign language directly in the school.
