A graduate of the hospitality and tourism field is a secondary-educated worker with complete vocational education and has a broad educational foundation. During the course of study, students choose between focusing on hospitality or tourism.
The hotel management specialization focuses more on the gastronomic aspect of the field, whereas the tourism specialization directs the student more towards the area of tourism.
